  I had the difficult task of selling a home just 12 months after purchasing and approached a number or agents for advice on how to get the house sold without making a huge loss. Hugh was so supportive and really went the extra mile, providing professional advice, passing on contacts for trades and legal services at fantastic rates. Even before the house was on the market, Hugh would regularly check the progress of the renovations and the results of his advice ended with the house being sold just 3 months after going on the market at the beginning of winter.
